Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms govern the sale, custom fabrication, supply, and delivery of commercial catering, refrigeration, mobile trailers, and event equipment by Prestige Apex Mobile Equipment SA.
1. Quotations and Orders
All quotations issued by Prestige Apex Mobile Equipment SA remain valid for 14 calendar days from date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and clearly indicate inclusive or exclusive VAT rates.
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment as stipulated in the formal pro-forma invoice.
2. Custom Fabricated Equipment & Trailers
Custom-built food trailers, converted container kitchens, and bespoke stainless-steel fabrication require an initial production commitment.
Production lead times provided are estimates based on factory scheduling. Prestige Apex ensures rigorous quality control and Natis/roadworthy compliance prior to handover.
3. Ownership and Risk
Risk of loss passes to the client upon physical delivery or collection of the equipment.
Ownership of all goods remains with Prestige Apex Mobile Equipment SA until the purchase price has been settled in full.
4. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
